Refund Policy

Effective date: March 1, 2026

1. Service Nature

GlitchLabs provides custom digital services, including strategy, design, development, and delivery of project-specific technical work.

2. Before Work Begins

If a cancellation request is made before any project work has started, refund eligibility may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, excluding any non-recoverable administrative or payment processing costs.

3. Once Work Has Started

Once project execution has started, payments are non-refundable. This includes situations where work is in progress, partially delivered, or pending final approval.

4. Completed Milestones

Fees associated with completed milestones, delivered artifacts, consultations, or development hours already consumed are non-refundable.
